Jerry Manuel announced on Monday that he will move Oliver Perez to the bullpen.  Right up until Ken Takahashi was called up Feliciano was the only lefty reliever in the ‘pen.  Olivers recent control problems has caused him to lose his starting role.  Perez looks like he needs to settle down, and relax.  His head is taking him over and not allowing him to throw strikes once he has lost the zone.  Takahashi will take Ollies next start and hopefully we can get a solid one.
